1. Some apps may automatically mute sound when paired with a Bluetooth device. Please tap the app to unmute and also ensure the volume toggle on the side of your phone is not on silent.
2. Unpair your Bitty Boomer from your device by ‘forgetting this device’. Then, turn it off.
3. Give your Bitty Boomer a good charge and try to restart it in a few hours by pressing and holding the on button once fully charged.
